Cahier de Dessin (Vintage Collage Art Journal) Part 2

This collage art journal is vintage in theme and about 70% of the ephemera and other found objects within this journal are real (ie real photo's etc). Most of this ephemera I have found in junk shops or on line auction sites - almost given away as junk. I have given it new life within a genuine vintage school book from France.

Up-cycled 'Junk into Art' Journal No: 2, 2018

This journal is full to the brim with all of these bits of paper classified as junk and usually thrown out. To save land fill, I turn  junk mail, bits of paper, food labels, stamps, scraps of other paper and all else into collage art-form. I include bits of ephemera I have on hand to jazz it up a bit!  

Up-cycling junk into art...very satisfying!
