Prasat Preah Vihear is another arm of the huge Khmer Empire and whose remains can be seen all over Cambodia, in Vietnam, Laos, Thailand. Preah Vihear is in disputed border territory and has been subject to many legal and military actions by both Cambodians and Thais. I loved my trip there as not only for the immense sense of history but also to see the fantastic work of those people and their organisations that are busy removing land-mines. Enjoy!
