Beach Journal - Spring Part 3

Beach Journal_2017_Part 2 (Winter)

This is part 2 of my ongoing beach journal. It covers the winter here in Australia. Now it is the 2nd day of spring, the beach is even more inviting and bring out a whole new vista and animals to match! I have covered some of the pastel jottings with tracing paper to project them. So there are some scans of the paper closed and opened for perspective. Enjoy!

Beach Journal_2017 Part 1

As with my geological journal, if I go down to the beach (a short walk from my house) I always have my beach journal with me. It contains memories, photo's sketches, observations about flora and fauna, weather phenomena and even archaeological facts about my local area. This is only Part 1 of my 2017 journal. The rest will be uploaded later in the year.
